A Brief History of WomenOur Productions!

Our Spring production will be 'A brief History of Women' by Alan Ayckbourn

“A beautifully crafted comedy about the people who leave their mark on us, and the houses we call home.”
Spanning sixty years in the life of one grand English manor, Ayckbourn's bittersweet comedy follows the romantic and social education of Anthony Spates through the remarkable women he encounters.

From a 1920s house party to a booming 80's hotel, witness a "tapestry of life" that shifts effortlessly between uproarious farce and poignant drama. It is a masterful, time-hopping celebration of the resilience, wit, and evolving roles of women across four generations.

To be performed at Frodsham Community Centre 29th April - 2nd May 2026.
